Forza 5 installation process

does it take long to install the game, because for me its been three days and it still at 30% mark, anyone experience the same problem or not?

I bought the forza horizon cd for Xbox one but the cd refuse to install the installation process stalk at 5 percent. Please can any body help me out.

Game-related installations and downloads do not resume when the console is off. The reason the installation appears to chill at 0% is the beginning of the installation process is a required game update, Forza 5 at the very least has a 6GB download, and downloads
take up a fraction of the entire installation process (update + install) but take far longer than installing from the disc. Exercise patience and leave the console on while installations are happening.

 

If its the Disc Version it should definently not take three days to install!, If its Digital download then I Guess it could take a long time if you have a very slow Connection... but as I buy most of my games on discs I have little experience With installing
downloaded games in general..

 

Takes about an hour or so if you are using a Disk, but there is also a 14gig update that must be installed as well.

So if you have slow internet, then it will take a long time, even if you have a disk.

Other wise, its an issue or a glitch with your xbox. Delete the game and start from scratch.

 

It took me some time, but I think the reason was more the large update that contributed to my lengthy install. 3 days is pretty extreme, is your internet connection smoke signals or something?

 

I am also experiencing a lot of problems with downloading digital version or forza!! And also the console gets very warm!!

 

For me it took three days from disc, I think Sky were giving me dial-up speeds over the weekend. Then to cap it off on Monday morning it said I had a disc error, took it out cleaned it and it went to 100% in 2 mins flat and now works fine
