Forza 5 GOTY edition download from GAME

I recently purchased a console bundle from GAME it included the Halo MCC, COD AW, Titanfall and forza GOTY edition as a download, after entering the code it turned out to be the standard version of Forza but as I'm new to Xbox one I thought maybe the extras
would be available once the game had fully downloaded, turns out that's not the case. So I thought maybe I had read the deal wrong and decided to check the receipt of purchase and it states clearly that it is forza 5 GOTY, I would be interested to know if
anyone has had the same thing happen (maybe it's a fault with Xbox live)before I go back to the store and accuse them of selling me the wrong product!

i bought Forza 5 GotY Edition but i haven't received the reward points for buying the game

I also have this problem. Bought the XBOX One from Game with the "Free Forza 5 GOTY" as stated on the receipt. Successfully installed the full game, but with no DLC. Checked the "Manage Game" from the dashboard, the only DLCs I have are the free ones I've
downloaded separately.

Checked the store and it says I don't own the Top Gear pack, but I can still buy it for £7.99. I'd rather not, thanks.

 

Just spoken to support at Game, and they say they should've emailed you the code, but they don't know when they'll be getting them since it doesn't seem to have been officially released yet.

 

Thank you for the help, I think I may have deleted an email from GAME this morning (oh ooooh) just hoping it's not the email with the code in lol

 

Never trust GAME with sending out emails with codes etc, they're a tad unreliable.

The GOTY Edition is available on The Store for £23.99 as part of Black Friday, Top Gear pack included.

 

Hi - I've just bought and had exactly the same experience !

I asked on the webchat service (very good), and they confirmed it was GOTY.

 

I'm trying to find out what is happening with this at the moment, I'm still waiting for my Top Gear car pack download as well.
