FORZA 5 -Game crashed, lost all my cars and stats

i dont think you should playing a game consider work, surely its a lot of time you spent, but neither you have been paid nor you have been forced to.

in any case, seeking for help i suggest contact turn10 as well as xbox Support like redfox did

dont know if my crashed but i just got an xbox one and didn't get a game till 3 days later i played 2 demos fine but when i got Forza 5 if i go to pause it go do something come back few mins later hit resume whole system cuts off then then yest my brother
just got done fixing his car bout to select a race and whole system cut off. now thats the only time the system has cut off like that when i was playing that game

 

but i didn't lose my cars though

 

Sgtkayn85 you can contact Xbox Support (even in German) by going here -
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us and selecting "Chat with Microsoft Support" and report your issue there although it sounds like there is no solution right now to get your cars back so may be a case of waiting to see if Turn 10 can figure out what is happening.

This is the worst ever Forza i cannot even be bothered with it its total crap.

 

So I found this thread after searching everywhere with no luck. Before I go into it ill say I have shut down the system using the process described above with no joy. The only deference is the car that I now own (that I've never bought) is a Toyota Sprinter
Trueno GT Apex. All my credits, XP, stats I've set with all the cars I did have are still there, just my entire garage is empty. I also notice that I think i have all my achievements just no other stats that go with them. Like someone above mentioned, when
I turned my console on and started Forza 5, I got a msg saying something to the affect...my Xbox memory is full and I need to delete some content. (My memory is never full) then it went off....I received a badge for something....Forza loaded like "normal"
then I noticed that car. I would hate to have re-do ALL that mess all over again just for something like this to occur. Especially when there are sooo many glitches in this game to begin with. Will I get those cars back?
