FORZA 5 -Game crashed, lost all my cars and stats

Hi,

I was playing multiplayer online and the game crashed during loading screen. When I logged back in 30mins later, all my cars disappeared except one.

All my stats from my game profile are gone as well.

I tried deleting my saved game date from the console and resyncing with xbox live but it didn't work.

Also, tried removing my profile and add back still not working.

Please help!

Syncing Problems

I also have a problem whit synkimg it seams i have lost all my cars and all drivatar stats in forza motorsport 5, Microsoft, Turn 10 fix this isue and give me somthing for the trubble please

 

Forza Horizon 3 gamedata lost!

hi xbox team, my Forza horizon 3 saved data is lost.

all cars, ingame money, stats all lost.

FH3 started a new save automatical.

Hi evilsmiley82 the same thing has happened to me last night, but my CR is still there but I have been left with one car which I never bought, the Toyota Sprinter, I also deleted saved game info and synced back with the cloud, but didn't do anything, All
my on line designs are still there but I don't have the cars. Very frustrating and I can't seem to get any answers. Anyone else out there getting the same or have any ideas?

I am sorry to hear about the lost cars and stats, I understand how frustrating that can be. Just to make sure that we are not missing any steps to try to sort this out, I would recommend trying a few steps if you have not tried them already.

Please give the following steps a shot:

• Press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds.
• Once you console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
  
• Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes and plug in your console.
• Power on your console.
• Start Forza 5.

I hadn't play the game for like a week and i start playing it today when i notice that i only have one car, the toyota sprinter which i never bought. All of my designs and media are still there but i lost all of my cars. I followed the steps mentioned above
and it didn't work what else can i do?

 

I have the same problem, tried everything. Lost all my cars except the Toyota sprinter.

 

I got an error message that my storage was full and that I should switch storage device. I only have Ryse and Forza on xbox one, nothing else. I then found all my cars and stats gone and was left with a Toyota sprinter. I have 78% free on my hard drive.
Having spent over a month playing every day I have lost dozens of cars and all the stats. Along with the update which I was forced to download the entire game again this has really annoyed me. I seem unable to access my memory (how do I get access ? ) I have
tried above method twice and still no joy !

 

HI Mr Quimby, I tried those steps but still no joy, my cars haven't come back, I tried deleting my profile and setting back up again and still nothing.

 

Wired. This shouldn't happen.

 

I had the same problem,but I reset back to zero and had to start all over again, I lost everything, cars credits and levels. I did a factory default, unistall/restall but nothing worked,nearly 4wks after Turn 10 did give me credits back for the loss of the
cars,but not the gifted ones,M$ gave me a months XBL gold as a good will gesture.

 

OMG i have the same Problem and now all my cars are lost? WTF

 

I was speaking through the on line chat and the person I was messaging was very helpful but couldn't sort it, I was told this would be passed on to the Advocacy team and was given a reference number, but I haven't heard anything back since and obviously
not alone with this problem.

 

where should I report myself and address the problem? Sorry for my bad english iam from German. Can u add me?

 

Nice no commentar no help.. This was the Last forza game i bought. I lost over 130 Hours of work..
