Forza 5 freezing problem

So I got am xbox one with forza five digital download and while I'm playing i restart a test drive session and all of a sudden it get stuck on the restarting screen and maybe this is just because I have had the system on most of the day or it's a prolbem
with the game. I don't and would like the like this fixed and I also had a problem with the game not being able to connect with the store.

Forza 5 freezing

I've just stopped playing the game. it collects dust. If I could turn back time I wouldn't have bought the X1.

Hey Sergeant Speedi,

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing playing that game. I have been playing that game and i haven't been able to Repro this actual experience. Are you still experiencing this in split screen multi-player? It only happens when you are about to finish
the race that it starts to freeze or does it do it intermittently during any part of the game?

what Router do you have? Do you have the latest Firmware fo your Router?

Honestly i don't know I'm 16 and just got the system and all I know about the router is that it's from comcast. The only time it happens is when I have been playing all day and I'm on test drive and I restart I'm stuck on the restarting screen and I don't
think that has anything to do with internet.

Was experiencing the same problem just now just trying to get to the season pass for Assassin's Creed, everytime I selected, freeze.

I was able to do it through the games in-game store. It works for Forza 5 as well.

Temporary work-around till they fix the main problem.

It's not just you, 5 of my friends that play Forza 4 all have this problem, 3 of us have the new model of xbox, the other 2 have elites, and none of us have any freezing problems in any other games. Even leaving my xbox for days in minecraft in a 86 degree
room, no freezes, no freezes on 6 hour long fps sessions, but when my ac is pumping and I play forza for even 20 minutes it will freeze. I have even asked people in online lobbies and a large portion of them also have the problem. I think it's safe to say
we should expect a fix or possibly a refund. When I say expect, I mean, don't expect it...lol.
