    FORZA 5 Disconnecting when try to launch game.


    Game disconnects from the cloud as soon as you hit A to launch the game. All other game pass games work except Forza 5. Please help

    This is on the cloud gaming portion of game pass so there is no game to uninstall. I have logged off and logged back in as well as uninstall the Xbox app on my PC. All of the other games work perfectly except this one.

    Hi there AsunderYeti welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried uninstalling and installing the game? Also you could try logging off and on the Xbox app! (If that is the launcher you use of course)

    Forza Horizon 5 starts the game and reports an error (0x800701b1). Reinstalling the game cannot be solved. Enter the game when the network is disconnected.

    "Forza horizon 5 can only enter the game when the network is disconnected, and then turn on the network, Can play normally."

    When you turn the network on after launch, does it sync your profile as well?

    Hey there diegs! Does Forza 5 fail before you're able to access the in-game menu? If not, try deleting your save file from there. If your save is stored only on the cloud and not locally on the console, try disconnecting your console from Xbox Live and then
    launch the game. Is the result the same?
