Forza 5 crash, not passing the loading screen

Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

I tried everything besides the backup of the OS. It didnt work. I uninstall the whole game. Downloading it all again and i'll let you know if it worked.

Its still crashes even after downloading it all again....

Seems to have done the trick. My games including Forza 5 all load and allow me to play without any freezing/crashing to the home screen. Thanks Microsoft team.

I downloaded the update and restarted but only non game-pass games launched except Minecraft. Sea of thieves and Forza horizon still only launch and sit on the first loading screen forever and then crash with no errors.
