    Hey everyone, I've recently acquired my Xbox One after I preordered it, it came with Forza 5 and Fifa 15 download codes. I was aware that these were downloadable before I made the pre-order, however South African internet is a ripoff and I'm only getting
    on average 30kb/s which means it would take a little less than a week to download both games. I wanted to know if it was possible to rent physical copies of both games and install both of them on my harddrive then after I return the physical copies, enter
    my download codes and "purchase" both games so that I can legally play them without having to actually download them? Thanks in advance

    Day one edition, how to download games with code

    I bought the day one edition with forza 5 and fifa 15, now when fifa 15 has been released I can't seem to download it, how am I supposed to do this? If I choose "use a code" it only says the day one edition code I got is already used. And when I press fifa
    15 on the xbox store it wants me to pay... Is it only me who have had this problem, it's very much not logical how to do it?

    Forza 5 and Fifa 15 download codes

    You can certainly try to see if that works. I had a disc copy of Destiny then took advantage of the digital download offer that allows you to buy it on the 360 and upgrade to the One for free.

    When I went over to the One I didn't have to redownload Destiny at all as it was already on the hard drive.

    FIFA bundled with European xbox day ones are download codes , or at least the UK ones are. The forza 5 bundle with xbox day ones are physical disks.

    Game staff may have got it wrong. After all, they are not exactly well clued up most times and will 'fill in' the blanks themselves.

    I don't believe Forza 5 will be a physical copy, unless game are going to charge you for it.

    On Amazon UK website, it shows the Xbox One with Forza 5 box. It also shows underneath the Forza 5 picture the digital download details 'DOWNLOAD FROM XBOX LIVE'. Written on the Xbox One outer carton.

    Further down it shows what's in the box and states 'Code to download free copy of Forza 5'

    I hope Microsoft listen once more to customers and give a choice to which free download we would like. Too many people who pre-ordered BEFORE the free games were announced are getting FIFA, and don't like sports. I will get Fifa, but will never download
    it. But I would like Forza.

    Microsoft have said, customers are free to swap or sell their codes if they wish. They are in no way locked to any console.

    On launch day I hope to see a CHOICE of Fifa OR Forza for my code.
