    Forza 4 ultimate upgrade has broken the game.


    I downloaded Forza 4 from the Microsoft store and it installed and ran fine. I liked what I saw so got the Ultimate upgrade a bit later and downloaded that from the store. The game now is stuck at the start up splash screen, stays there for a few seconds
    and just disappears, not error code and no ctd. I have since read in the forums( hindsight is a great thing) that it may be an activation problem on Microsoft's side. I have tried everything that I have read in forums that could be a potential fix but alas
    non of those worked. Could Microsoft delete the ultimate upgrade from my account(or is there away I could do it) so that it is not able to inbed itself into the main program and thus enable the game to hopefully start again.

    Yes, that’s correct. This is the same with a few Xbox games, including Forza Horizon 3 and 4.

    Just to add, if you have Xbox Live Gold, I’d recommend upgrading to an Ultimate subscription, which has Gold, gamepass and soon EA access all in one, with a “bundle
    discount” :)

    Thats great i purchased the standard edition or forza horizon 4 and purchased the ultimate upgrade as separate dlc packs

    i got a download code of the game when i purchased my one x i was just worried i would lose £30 worth of dlc

    9/28/2018     which is already the 4 day Early Access to the game as the Standard Edition is available on
