    Forza 4 redeemed but wont install


    I am having problems installing Forza 4 on my laptop after redeeming the game with a code. On the library it states I own the game and I have enough space on my hard drive, When I click the install button I get a notification saying its installed but the install button still displays install?? When I click it again it loops through the same? I have tried following steps to clear cache and reset the app and all my software is up to date. The game is also for the correct region so it should work?

    Please help as MS is impossible to contact!!

    May I know if you have tried to install the game both on the Microsoft store and the Xbox app?

    Also, would you please try to go to the game's page on the Xbox store and try click on install there? It should prompt a installation.

    Try installing the game to your HDD. If its faulty, it wont install, if it installs play from HDD and not disc.

    I had this with Forza 4 and installing solved the issue!
