Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to go online in Forza Horizon 4 due to a teredo error. If you havent already, we recommend performing the steps on this support article: NAT
type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify"

This problem will only occur if the xbox app is connected to the Internet.

This problem makes forza horizon 4 no way to play online mode.

You can play Forza 3 Online without buying Forza 4.

you can't join online play in forza horizon 4 until you have completed the first 4 seasons and got on the roster and reached level 20
