    I bought this game years ago on xbox digitally. I then moved to PC and wanted to play the game again recently. I went to the Microsoft store with the same account I bought it on and went to my library and its not there. I only have the DLC for it and I have no idea what the issue is and why its missing. If anyone can help it would be nice.

    I just looked and I cannot find it so im assuming i got it as a gift. But does that mean since I got it as a gift I cant access it?

    Edit: I just looked at my old xbox after dusting it off and the game is completely gone. I had hundreds of hours on it and no idea what happened. I never used gamepass and I didnt just play on a free weekend. Im very confused.

    If you got it as a gift we should still be able to see it on our order history as redeemed. It can be shared to you as well. Kindly ask a family member or a friend where you may have accessed the game before.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to locate the license for the game first. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate your order for the base game, you should see the status as "completed" as well.

    If you were able to see it simply sign out on your Microsoft Store App as well as your Xbox App then restart your PC before signing back in.

    If you were not able to see the game, kindly check all of your Microsoft accounts.
