    Hi there

    I JUST bought Forza 4 . Order: [mod removed-personal information]

    It says: Will try to install on one of your units.

    But nothing happens. What do I do here?? Can I get my money back?

    I recommend installing the game on the hard drive of the console and not in parts

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call:

    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call



    Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

    But when I go to the store, it does say "You own this game" but when I press install, NOTHING happens nomatter what unit I choose...

    Can I get a refund on this game? The money is already gone but no game ...

    Hi Intermedius,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have issue installing game. When it says install on one of your units you need to select which one. If on an Xbox, you can go to the ready to install list or store and look for the game Forza Horizon 4 and should
    be able to install that way. If on a PC, you can go to your library or the Microsoft store and install.
