Forza 4 Crashing On Startup, And It's **** Annoying

all i ever wanted is this windows 10 without all of those bugs and issues but you can't escape the truth so, due to my bad bandwidth, spent a week just to download this 80GB monster from microsoft's store and now i can't even access the menu since all i see is this before the window closes, I meet the recommended specs and all uptodate(Win10 v20H2, latest build) with all antiviruses closed even monitoring apps like nvidia's. here's what i ve got from the event viewer :

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_1.465.297.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!SunriseReleaseFinal as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:

basically the only way around this issue. delete it's source, uninstall.

I'm having problems with my game, I bought it on Steam and it sucks to play on Steam. The Game is crashing a lot. The game closes several times. Hangs, freezes and closes. Does not open vehicle auctions. I already looked for support here in Brazil directly by Microsoft and they said that they could not solve this. That the problem with the game's auction store is not their problem. I said that several people reported this auction problem and yet he insisted that there was nothing he could do. I am very dissatisfied with the game being this way, it was a mistake to buy through Steam as one blames the problems on the other and nothing is solved until then.

it runs even worse through windows store, least on steam you can access the files or re verify files on windows store you can't do jack. the game has progressively got worse over the past few updates to the point I uninstalled it.

It's horrible to play that way, without auctions and with support that says you can't solve it is worse of all. I'm installing on another SSD that is outside of C: to see if it helps, but I want the game's functions working and all.

i ve already tried everything above with no hope, even reinstalling the game didn't work. the event viewer error should give you a closer look on the root of it which is 2147942405
