Forza 4 car packs wont delete on laptop problem

We understand that you have encountered a problem on Forza 4 that won't delete on apps. As per post description, the download stuck and when you attempt to delete it would just redownload to the same spot. Let us check on this together and sort this out. We will do to the best in our capability to assist you with your concern.

For us to better understand the issue, we would like to ask more details about it. We will start by asking some questions and advise you some steps to resolve the issue. Please provide us information with the questions below.

• Is your Pc updated? If not then you may update - Windows Update (microsoft.com)
  
• Restart PC and disable Antivirus, antimalware, VPN, proxy and PC optimizer
  
• Repair/Reset Microsoft Store and Xbox apps - Repair apps and programs in Windows (microsoft.com)
  
• You might need to update your Games Service
  
  Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app
  
  1. Open Settings.
  
  2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.
  
  3. Look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it on the right side.
  
  4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it
  
  5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to the default setting.
  
• Don't forget to always restart your PC after trouble shooting steps has been done.

the car was gifted anf it never said anything about being a preorder car and if it is were 1-3

Wont uninstalling forza delete all my progress and cars and money though?
