forza 4 cant start

hallo micrsoft i hope you can help me

i bought forwa horizon 4 limitit adition but it wont start i click on the game but i only see the 1seconds it goos away

cane you help me i cant find it anywhere

after updateing forza 7 nov. 2018, forza horizon 4 will not run/start.

Sorry with the issue of the game starting. We recommend Power cycling whichever you are using either a Pc or Xbox console. If that doesn't work you can try

Game wont start. Also if on PC
troubleshoot gameplay issues on windows 10.

Hello, try to do a soft reset of the console.

You can follow this guide.

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

 

Try reinstall the game and try clearing cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .
