forza 4 add on packs no refund

Hi,

I recently purchased some items on the xbox site from my xbox series x.

I first saw that the car pack was free (I have game pass subscription) but then it appeared to show it wasn't free after clicking through to complete transaction.

Anyway I wasn't entirely sure if I was going to get charged or not tbh, but I thought I would be ok, I choose to download the fortune island pack and the car pack, and then immediately saw the "ultimate package" for the same price and purchased that, and
then I went online to request a refund on the first two items, however this was denied so I have essentially paid twice for the same items?>

And now I cannot contact anyone about this issue, and web and chat is not allowed for me to escalate this issue, so I wondered if any kind person can refund those first two items for me?

You can reply to the email you got telling you the refund was denied, and explain in detail why you want the refund. Microsoft may then change their mind and give you the refund.

If you are referring to Forza 4, the season pass allows you to download the car packs that are then available for purchase with in-game credits. It does not add these cars to your garage.

Hello, sorry to hear about this. The Forza Drift Pack is an optional add on, so you should be able to find it when you "Manage game and add-ons" for Forza Horizon 4.

There's a guide on how to do that at the following link:

What exactly did you buy? If you bought the Season Pass for Forza 4 then they provided a large number of car packs that were paid for with it, but the "season" ended a while ago. You can get all the packs that were part of the Pass but they aren't going
to add new ones. If you're talking about Forza 5 then it just released, cool your jets you'll get updates soon.
