Forza 4/7 both gave error code 0x803F8001, uninstalled, and now won't load

From my Order History page>Forza 4 page>Install on my devices>Thank you! We're attempting to install on your selected devices

And then nothing, no download, no errors, nothing.

Windows 10, version 20H2

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

16GB ram

Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows, look for the games, and try to install it there.

If that doesn't work>

Press Windows Key + i and go to applications, search for ''gaming services'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''Terminate, Repair and Reset.

If the problem persists, try this step>

Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

“get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

“start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

It looks like I deleted Gaming Services for whatever reason. It's downloading now. Thank you.

I also tried uninstalling and it won't reinstall. The store gives the same error code: 0x803F8001
