Forza 3 Warthog not appearing in ready to install

I downloaded the Forza demo a few days ago. I got a code for the warthog and redeemed it. Shortly after I uninstalled the demo. Last night I purchased the game, and I can no longer find the warthog in the ready to install section of the demo or the game.
Contacted support and was told to post here.

Forza Horizon 3 Warthog is not "Ready to install"

im installed forza Horion 3 Warthog at 9/8. Then i got play Forza Horizon 3 on 9/27 but warthog was in my garage or my message. i uninstall the forza Horion 3 Warthog to ready install to fix it. but it was not in "Ready to install".

I've already contacted the Microsoft Support, but they referred me to you guys.

We are unable to provide free content here on the forums. If you have already redeemed a Halo Warthog code, you can find the Warthog within Forza Horizon 3 in your garage. Additionally, be sure to check Forza Horizon 3's ready to install within 'Manage game'
to install the Warthog add-on.

Let us know if you're able to locate it!

 

Hey, iLax! Sorry to see the issue. Are you able to see the game in the Demo still, though? You may have to install it again to verify this. Let me know if that works for you!

 

I have gone to manage both the demo and game, and have yet to find it still. I am re-downloading the demo now; is that going to resolve the issue?

 

Hi xX iLax may I ask are you downloading the demo or the full game? As the warthog should be in the full game have you checked to see it in your purchase history to make sure you redeemed the code.

 

You should see it in the Manage Game section after downloading the Demo, yes. However, if it's not there, we'll want to wait to see if it's there on launch of Forza Horizon 3. Once that happens, if it's not available for purchase in-game or download in Manage
Game, we'll want to dig into it further then since the code is technically for the full game. Let me know how the download worked, though!

 

I'm having the same problem. The Warthog was a 10MB file titled "Gift Car Halo Warthog".

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition bundle with early access on Sept23 and installed the pre-order download. I then redeemed my code from the message which is still in my XBL messages and the 10MB Gift Car Halo Warthog file appeared in my FH3 manage game
files. Then I downloaded the FH3 Demo and played it, the warthog file simultaneously appeared in my manage game files for the demo and the full game pre-order dowload. I then uninstalled the demo and the warthog file was no longer listed under manage game
for the full game pre-order download. I uninstalled the full game and restarted my console and reinstalled the full game pre-order download and the warthog file is not listed under manage game or ready to install. I then reinstalled the demo and the warthog
file doesn't appear under manage game or ready to install for the demo or the full game pre order download. I checked my purchase history and the warthog code redeem does not appear there. I as well suspect that the issue is that the full game has not yet
launched which is scheduled for Sept27. If the warthog file appears for me upon the start of early access Sept23 I'll try to give an update if this issue is still open. If it does not appear I will wait until Sept27 to give an update.

I have the full game downloaded, and when I manage game it does not appear. I talked to Support and they told me I successfully redeemed the code.

I downloaded the demo again, and it did not appear. I even launched it and the code has yet to appear in either the demo or full game section when I manage them.

We will want to wait until launch at this point to see if we can see it either in-game or when you check out Manage Game. We'll keep an eye out for it on the Early Access day of the 23rd, and raise more awareness if it's public launch day and it's still
not showing up.

Hey, guys! I wanted to let you know that with early release today, we have got this up to the right people. I'll let you know once we have more information.

 

I played the game for about two hours yesterday and still don't see the code available to download.

 

I have same issue downloaded the warthog, played the demo, warthog gone and not showing in my ready to install list in fh3 manage game. Tried using the code again but no luck

 

I had the warthog dlc installed, I then made the mistake of uninstalling it because I wasn't seeing it in game and now it's completely disappeared and nowhere to be found. Does not show up under ready to install...

 

I never played the FH3 demo and simply waited until the launch of the ultimate edition of FH3. I played enough of the game to get the multiplayer features available and get my VIP and loyalty cars. However, I don't have my warthog even though I redeemed
the code about a week ago. It's not appearing in my "Ready to install" section for the game and there's no way for me to download it.
