Forza 3 Horizons "Hot Wheels"

Really looking forward to the Hot Wheels Expansion for Forza 3 Horizon's. I know its late in the life cycle of creation for the Game, I had a thought about a Super Rare Barn find "The MACH V" No hints no maps nothing to tell where it is. Just a thought.
I know some of the trends in the Industry do to being at home all the time do to my mom and my own disability. Reliability is #1 what fans are looking for, Affordability is #2, unique might be the third but would need to check. I posted on Blizzard's site
about Diablo 3 and Square Enix on "HIghlander" a Game that was shelved. For now just trying to help the Industry I saw the trends.

I would like to know if a person running Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One console without the Hot Wheels Expansion Pack can join me in the Hot Wheels adventure if I have the expansion pack on my PC version of Forza Horizon 3.
