Forza 3 and missing DLC packs

Why has forza 3 been unavailable for 3 days now? no online lobbies (only private) no leaderboards, no storefront, no auction house........and why did you (microsoft) see it fit to take two DLC packs from my account history? NOT IMPRESSED

Forza 3...DLC not showing up on game after update

Unable to see DLC on Forza 3 after the newest update. All my saves, cars, and dlc cars and tracks are missing. In my download history it only show 2 dlc. On my hard drive it shows all my saves and dlc. Tried deleting and redownloading DLC but Xbox live requires
me to repurchase these items even though it was already paid for months ago before the update. Im missing the Exotic Car Pack, VIP Car Pack, Holiday Car Pack, Legends Car Pack, and possibly others. they are actually being removed from my download history as
i speak with xbox live support.

Maybe the servers have been closed?, it is an old game now.

Looking at the marketplace, there are no DLC packs available to download any more.

no not really..........you can still play in quick match but it shows no players in the lo9bby, you can go in and there are people playing in there still......but if the servers were shutdown then the leaderboards would still be there.....and the DLC packs
were taken off of my ACCOUNT HISTORY........there is something wrong with the game

Hey, guys! I'm so sorry to see that the Forza Motorsport 3 servers seem to be unavailable right now! I saw several other users over on the Turn 10 forums complaining of the same situation, so I have spun this up to the appropriate people. Once I have more
information, I will post back in here for you guys!

Hi Nestor,

unfortunatly this is not a solution as the problem is not caused bj corruct data.

The problem is the differnce between what is advertised and what xbox(or forza) assignes to your profile as "bought".

although the pack states you get every DLC ever for Forza Horizon 3. xbox(or Forza) does not make you the owner of the three missing dlc's.

My guess is that someone made a mistake configurating this pack or someone made a mistake with the advertising.

The [Mod Removed-Profanity] thing is that the VIP pack is a real dealbreaker if it is not inlcuded.
