Forums Settings Problem/Question

Every time I try to set my birthday under the forums settings, it changes the day. Instead of the 7th, it changes my birthday to the 6th. I thought maybe I had entered it wrong for my microsoft account and that it was trying to match that, but all my info
is correct. I know it's a minor detail, but it bugs me. Any insight into why this is happening??

I'm not sure what the problem could be. I tried changing mine and it worked fine. Maybe try clearing your browser cache and see if that does anything.

Forum Preferences, are you unable to change the drop down menu from ascending to descending? Can you let me know what happens when you try this, thanks!

no insight on why this is happening, but have you tried it via a different browser (or even different device)? Or try to disable it completely and try to save that.

I've changed it to "Not Set" and saved that, which worked. But when I tried to set it again, it still changed the day. I've tried to set it in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer - all with the same results. I haven't tried a different device, but I imagine
I'd see the same results there too.

On a side note -- I wanted to know if it did that with all dates or just my birthday, so I tried to set it to the 8th. It still subtracted a day, which now makes my information correct. But I'd still like to know what's causing it and whether or not other
people have had this problem.

 

Just speculating, but maybe something is done with the Time zone setting somewhere, which could cause an issue like this.
