forums cant message from my xbox but ican message on the website

i was band from messaging people for 24h it has past 24h i can't message people throw my console ican do it on the website i got my brother to loggin under his account and he sent a message on the console it work for his account but still will not work on

wtf a friend sent me a video message but it isnt coming up on my messages list i can see it on my messages list on this website but cant watch the video

 

plex : server 0.9.10.3 or higher required ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,who else is having this poblem

anyone getting this message on xbox one,,,,,It cant find my servers

 

If the suspension has lifted try removing your account from the console and redownloading it and see if that clears it up.

my Xbox tells me to go to a website with useless information my iPad app tells me it's a setting problem but I've been throw that twice but the only way to a send messages is if I go to different website to send messages

 

fix my ####ing account now I can't message and half my games aren't working getting ####ed off with this you guys band me for 24 hours band has lifted fix it now!!!!!
