    I don't like the feedback site because it's all voting-based. If it doesn't get enough votes, it doesn't get looked at and even if it does, it takes time to go through. I personally prefer a more direct route, which is why I've already PMed several of the
    people that work on this site. Forums are Wonky ;)

    It's hard to believe this is a Microsoft site when this site functions this poorly on a routinely bases. When I try to click on my profile top right screen on this site I have an HP Pavilion dv6 with Intel Core i5 and Windows 7 64 bit home premium which
    is up to date, and IE11. When I click on my profile on this site IE11 says the site is trying to log me out from the address bar the site keeps trying to log out refresh log out refresh log out refresh so I give up. Also gamerpics aren't appearing in this
    forum.... again. I visit ANZ NZ website and their site is never in a shambles like this site. Google and Youtube too. I have a feeling the Windows 8 style UI is having trouble coping with what I like to call the "Xbox Language". It could be a server issue
    on their end. They're most likely on it when these things happens, but there's nothing from saying it won't happen again next week. Xbox Live is great when everything for it including Xbox 360, Xbox 1, smart glass, and this official site for Xbox, is working
    properly.

    @Cloud Sound silly but I actually worried someone had access to my account and changed the avatar lol.

    Look like it's all OK now though. I changed my gamertag a week ago, any idea why it hasn't been updated on the forums?
