Forums are being rebuilt from the ground up.

Haha I'm so happy they're finally updating. I hope it's more of an improvement than the last noticeable update. I kinda stopped using the forums for a while because of it... Or was it because life got busy? Either way, I'm excited to see what they have in
store.

 

You mean like the bog standard....... Having the page numbers at the top as well.

Or the ability to place pics in your post.....

Hahaha, We shall see what happens. The last time the changed the forum, they actually made it worse.

I am still looking forward to it though..... Bring on the ranting over the new forum style and accessibility

 

I just hope we get one main forum, say "Xbox General Discussion"

To talk about consoles, games. If they start separating everything, different forums for different games who will really bother going to different sections? I know I personally couldn't be bothered. I personally like everything in one easy place to find
but that's just me.

Like Spuds said though, last big update actually made it worse so fingers crossed this time.

 

Yes everything in one section would be cool. You can still go to the feedback site and leave suggestions about how to make these forums better. I've got a PM from a member of support suggesting we do that.

 

Hopefully our Xbox One activity will show, but looking forward to this new update as surely the forums cannot get any worse, I hope.

It's been so long since they killed this place, let's hope they can fully resurrect it.

I'm definitely not getting my hopes up about anything. I think the gearbox forums are a great example of how forums should be though. There is no time limit of when you can edit your posts, like I can go there right now and edit a post from months ago. The
moderators actively get involved in discussions and have strong opinions on certain topics which has not be detrimental to the experience and I think it has even made them very well regarded by the community. You can post pictures/gifs, omg we can take screenshots
on the Xbox console now, but can't even share them directly in a post on here.

Anyway I do still see this place being business as usual once the update hits, dare I say we may actually lose more regulars yet again? Haha, gosh I'm cynical, I'll be quiet now.
