Wow the Peacekeeper is garbage

If no more guns in dlc, then I won't buy anymore plain and simple. All the maps except for shooting range and downhill are crap. Call of duty really needs to be re-booted and rebuilt from the ground up.

 

Final Fantasy 7 HD Remake

if FFVII had a remake, it would have to be a complete rework from the ground up. the SD character models cant just get a high rez mask. and the entire game environment has been molded around the SD characters, so pretty much the whole game would have to
be rebuilt.

 

I just hope we can choose between our 360 and one gamerpics.

I hope they're actually going with a proven, 3rd party system where the devs actually know what they're doing. Otherwise I have very little faith that it will be anything less than a complete disaster considering the track record here. Please prove me wrong

The only other forum I participate on it Planet Coaster forum, run by the game developer Frontier. Now THAT is awesome layout. You can even edit posts up to 30 minutes after posting, it has smilies, and nice picture background, and friendly peeps. This site
is run by the company who is like the biggest software company in the world. Yet pages struggle to load compared to other websites, run into "oh oh, that shouldn't have happened". or "forbidden server four o something" in the header or gamertags not showing
properly. Only a TINY fraction of everyone on Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 participate on here.

 

Yes it's a wonder why it's so bad. I'm just used to all the people and their opinions.

 

Experience tells me not to expect much so we'll see.

Would be nice if we were asked what we think would improve the place but there ya go.

 

About time, this is great news, please allow us to choose colours and themes, I get blinded by the white and I have no sensory issues, it must be really bad for any that do.

This might be a little "Conspiracy Theory" here but I don't think they want actual discussion about the XBox ONE.

Especially with Microsoft shifting to the Apple model of releasing slightly upgraded tech over shorter periods to try and get people to spend to have the "latest" device, the mess of a marketplace aimed at provoking impulse buys and the underhand restriction
of full game content to pressure people into buying digital.

I'm expecting a format more like the new Bethesda Forums and PS 4 Forums so they can ensure discussions follow pre-approved patterns.

 

Hopefully they go back to the VBulletin type layout like they were back in the day. Can't remember if it actually was VB but it was very close if it wasn't.

 

It feels better and a bit different from last night. And what I've noticed this morning, is the pages load 3x faster! Especially when other websites I visit don't have this bad loading times. It's a bit sad when especially for like the biggest software company
in the world, to see a site which has pages which struggle to load efficiently. And this is what this forum site has been like since 2013. So yes, it's an improvement. Not an ISP or internet thing. It's like when Xbox 1 Launched, the OS was tremendously slow
at loading stuff like avatars, messages, etc. But since the Windows 10 like UI on Xbox 1 came out, stuff loads on it much much more easier, which proves that online performance isn't solely based off how good your ISP is, but also the OS/software, as that
controls everything on your device. I even saw on youtube someone doing a networking speed test between a Samsung S7 and iPhone 7.

The only other forum I participate is Planet Coaster forums fun by Frontier. I don't mean to be mean, but it makes this place feel like a dump. It has smilies, nice pictures, you can edit posts up to 30 minutes old and there's no mandatory edit notes to
fill as it's "(optional)", and... you get Frontier staff moderators and Frontier devs participating on it too XD and the community imo is more friendly where they don't care if you repeat stuff or something. The community here is OK, but it's usually filled
with older people. But I don't mind too much.

I like some of the people on here, am also friends with a few of them. When Cloud was moderator, I said to my friends wooo, i'm friends with an Xbox moderator. Ok, forum moderator. He was great as he got on well with people.

 

That's what I never understood about the moderators. As far as I'm aware their not really meant to get involved in debates on the forums?

Ok rules are rules but I think it was great when they ( well some did ) get involved with the community. If nothing else it helped keep away the trouble makers let's say because you knew they was around.

End of the day it's what the community make it. Some great people still on here but in the years I've used the forum I've rarely seen any thread that doesn't turn into a 2 side debate, what I mean is like it's us and them, example ...

In the old days we use to have the COD Vs Battlefield debates. Instead of just " I prefer this and they prefer that" arguments regularly broke out. It's like some think there always have to be a side taken.

Even in the Scorpio thread now. Talk of some preferring discs, others digital. Again it's like 2 sides getting all defensive, never understood this.

End of day though I just want to enjoy the games ( hope others do to ) and I'll play what I want, buy how I want, spend what I want, if others have a problem ( don't understand why but some do ) well it's something they will have to deal with ;-)
