hi,

when some body replies to a post in the support forums they dont always have the right answer but do point ya in the right direction to solve the problem. why is there no tab to say there answer helped or they where helpfull. you just get the option of if
it solved the problem or not

Im on IE right now and it works fine for me. When I switch to Chrome or Firefox, and try to get to a thread, i get the stupid BAD REQUEST - REQUEST TOO LONG BS.

FIX YOUR BROKEN FORUMS MICROSOFT. THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU CHANGE SOMETHING THAT DIDNT NEED FIXING.

If you are having issues you should try clearing your browsing history and cookies. Or try a different browser as the issue is at your end and not with the forums

 

Can you be more specific about what os going on here?!?!

 

I'm using MS Edge, how can I use a different browser?

 

If you're using a Windows 10 PC, you can use any browser you wish. If you're using Xbox One, power-cycle the console by pressing the power button on its face for several seconds, holding it down until it shuts itself down. That hopefully will clear out some
of the bad data.
