Forum Organization

Hi All,

In the forum, I see the drop down option to see threads for things such as "Games and Apps", but it doesn't look like there are more granular options. How do people find content in the forums? Do you just search? I like to go to forums sometimes and just
browse an area I am interested in (say adventure games), looking at the last several posts. It doesn't seem like there is much organization here.

Folder organization

Is there some way to put completed downloaded collections in a folder someplace separating them from collections that are not completed.

 

They just recently condensed all the forums into those types of categories (ie. Games and Apps). If you mean you're trying to find forums for specific types of games, or games themselves, they are no longer available.

 

Yea, there’s not many subsections to choose from.

 

The forums were condensed for the move to the MS Answers platform. The search should be up and running. But they've done away with the individual game subsections and genre subsections.

 

Hello , while searching by name is the best way to find specific topics (mainly for those who need help with a specific topic) you can also press things such as “Xbox on consoles” which is my personal favorite to surf, it has random topics that typically
don’t have much to do with the console specifically . It covers everything on the consoles. Same goes for “Xbox on mobile devices” and “Xbox on windows pc” each category covers a wide spectrum of topics (anything you can imagine!) centered around that particular
system eg. Xbox, pc, and devices! So chose the one you use the most and surf from there. Hope this helps!

 

yes so far i appear to have to you search or google search ( example: xbox forums: whatever i want)

That or i use the merged community on a site associated with color red. It is common
