This is a known issue that’s affecting a lot of profiles here. It was reported a few times in the Platform Errors thread where Forum Owners acknowledged it, so hopefully it’s sorted soon.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist. Well for this specific issue I would recommend trying to get ahold of the Mods or Server admins for Ark. Typically most servers in Ark have some basic rules to follow. I recommend trying to reach out to the
game developer server forums for further assistance with possible griefers. Please let us know how it goes.

Just an FYI -- Mods are a "bannable" Xbox Live offense. Listing possible ways to mod the 360 version of Minecraft would be a violation of the forum rules. Sorry. If you want mods, you'll have to play on the PC for the time being.
