Forum GamerTag Xbox One

Does anyone know if MS is working to incorporate XB1 games in our GamerTags? Or have they simply abandoned the forums for twitter and other social media outlets like everyone else has?

Hi! I'm new in this forum! I'm Playing Xbox 360 for 3 Years! My Xbox live Gamertag is THSION.

 

Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

Has it been stated anywhere how it's going to work if you move to Xbox One & keep your 360 ?

Will you still be able to log into Live with your gamertag on both machines (ie swapping between the two systems at will) or will your gamertag be stuck on the Xbox One ??

 

We've been asking since the xbox one launched so I wouldn't hold your breath.

It's no wonder the forums are dead if they won't even do a simple thing like update our forum gamercards.

 

Thanks Daft. That and the fact they moved the forums to the most obscure section of support. When I came here during both Xbox and Xbox 360 early days these forums were jumping. Even in 2013 before the XB1 launched there was a lot of people posting here.
Same thing with Sony.

Twitter and reddit seem to be the places where both Sony and MS respond directly to consumers.

 

but at least Sony's forum is still going, very easy to find, getting updated and they are currently updating the gamercards. This forum is pretty much dead these days and most likely will be shut down in the near future.

 

I don't think this site will be closed down as every major company needs a site to promote their product.

They do seem to have abandoned it for the likes of Twitter.
