Fortnite

I just logged on my xbox one S, and my console says I no longer have fortnite. When I go to the store it says game is already installed (play). When I click play it takes me right back to the screen saying sign into the account that owns this game. Ive spent
so much money in this game please help me out with this issue.

Just to clarify, it doesn't give you an option to install the game through the store? Have you been able to try any troubleshooting steps to see if it fixes this random issue?

I would suggest to try to do a Hard reset or also known as a "Power cycle" on your Xbox like this:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.

Yes, I have tried redonwloading it it says sorry please try again later. I can log into my account on a friends xbox and everything works fine.

 

I have also done the hard power shutdown like you explained, still nothing.

I am the sole account on the xbox. Everything on the xbox is on that one account.

So if there is only one account we suggest (If the sign in information is known)
to remove and re-add the profile to make sure this issue isn't on the profiles end. Again give it a shot and let us know!

 

It just all the sudden started working, I hard restarted it one more time still didnt work. Went back and ran network connection test, everything was fine. Tried Fortnite again and it worked.
