    I am trying to play Fortnite but have not been able to get past the launch screen for a couple of days it just kicks me back to the home page.

    I have checked internet which is working fine.

    I have rebooted .

    I have removed my account and reloaded it again.

    Any other ideas? ☹️

    Hey so i yesterday experienced this glitch and was on the phone to support and nothing worked but you wanna do a full console reset and uninstall Fortnite so what you wanna do is uninstall fortnite.

    Then perform a full xbox factory reset

    Go to Settings>>System>>Console Info>>Reset Console

    Do a full reset and follow this then after re install fornite.

    DO NOT DO THIS IF YOUR ARE GAME SHARING OR HOME XBOX. YOU WILL LOSE ALL SHARED GAMES

    Hi there,

    Since you stated that you tried rebooting your console and checked your internet the last resort I'd say is to reboot your router. Unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in, if that doesn't work simply reinstall the game.

    Hope this gets fixed soon, best of luck.

    1. Sign out Fortnite, then sign back in.
    2. Install the latest Fortnite patch.
    3. Update your sound card driver.
    4. Make sure your microphone is on for Fortnite.
    5. Check your audio settings.
    6. Reinstall Fortnite

    I've buy a skin in microsoft store and it doesnt show up in mi pc account (its linked with the xbox live account)

    anything for fortnite in the windows store is for the xbox console version only, to sync it with epic would need to log into an xbox and open fortnite.

    anything you want to purchase for fortnite on pc has to be through the epic store or in game as microsoft has nothing to do with fortnite on pc.
