    Hi I’m having trouble with my fortnite where I go to log in and it doesn’t let me get into the game and there is no problem with my network it seems to me that there is something wrong with something on their side of the connection. When I go to log in it
    says on the screen Logon Failed unable to sign into your account for Xbox live. Please try again later.

    Hi!

    Sometimes it happens that the servers have login problems. If your internet connection works, just wait and try again.

    Try also to verify that the game updates are correctly installed.

    So I purchased one of those Founders Packs on the Xbox Live marketplace (a deal/sale) and I too have been unable to log into this game for the past 3 hours. Every failed "try" to log in is met with an increasingly longer queue time. At first, it took 5-8
    minutes to get the "Log In Failed, X to Retry" and now I'm looking at 26 minutes to do this. Who okay'd this? Doesn't this violate MS' TCR conditions?

    If this product doesn't work, I would like a refund.

    I am running it on an Xbox One X and have no issues with with network/Internet connection. I have even attempted to uninstall and redownload the game - twice.

    Please issue me a refund or ensure products for sale on your marketplace actually work.

    I can't select game or party chat on fortnite

    1. Sign out Fortnite, then sign back in.
    2. Install the latest Fortnite patch.
    3. Update your sound card driver.
    4. Make sure your microphone is on for Fortnite.
    5. Check your audio settings.
    6. Reinstall Fortnite

    I've buy a skin in microsoft store and it doesnt show up in mi pc account (its linked with the xbox live account)

    anything for fortnite in the windows store is for the xbox console version only, to sync it with epic would need to log into an xbox and open fortnite.

    anything you want to purchase for fortnite on pc has to be through the epic store or in game as microsoft has nothing to do with fortnite on pc.
