Are you able to verify that you own this item via your
Order history? It's possible that if you do see it this way, then it may actually be an in-game issue, and we would have to refer you to
Epic games support.

Verify this info and let us know, and we should be able to provide to you additional troubleshooting techniques, if any are available, to assist you further.

Epic games support. To see why it hasn't been added on the account in game.
