    Good afternoon. I'm fairly certain I need a specialist to either remove/re-add my XBL Gold Sub, or to 'refresh' it somehow, I figured I would pose my question here since Chat Support is currently not working where I am.

    On 1/28 there were sign in problems, incidentally this is the day that my XBL Gold Sub ran out. Now I have repurchased XBL Gold and Gamepass. I can verify they are active on the website and through the console. Fortnite always gives me this error though.

    I ask for a reset because this is what I've done, so let me know if I'm missing something:

    1. I have duplicated this on 3 consoles. Two Xbox 1S, and One Xbox 1.

    2. I have reset my XBL Password. I have also gone to a fresh console I've never used before and loaded up my profile, same error.

    3. I've reset my cable modem multiple times, tested via hardwired and the 2.4g and 5g networks.

    4. I've reinstalled the Game multiple times. I have not done a Console Reset, I dont think its needed.

    5. I've spoken with 3 or so chat reps on the normal chat, but when they went to transfer me to a specialist the chat messed up.

    Any ideas? Since Fortnite is the only game I play that requires XBL Gold, I can't verify it happens on another Game. I can say my profile doesn't work on the two other consoles, which have active XBL Gold subs and are working. I'm beat trying to fix this.

    Hello ,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You can try a
    Power cycle     of the console and then try and sign into Fortnite. Do you get any error messages or anything when you try and sign in?

    I get log in failed the the message unable to sign in to your account on Xbox live. Please try again later ive tried restarting my xbox abd ive tried doing it by the power cable and i still get the same message
