Fortnite wouldn't open and gives a black screen when loading and then kicks me out, i tried...

And also live agents are not responding

It happened when I opened fortnite recently it was just on the first screen for like 5 minutes then kicked me out and gave me this message it only happens when I try to play fortnite

Try to clear the console cache.

Yeah i have. i took it to my parents house and tried it there it wont load the dash board. it wouldn't load it but would bring the guide button up so i clicked that and asked it to load the game and it wouldn't the screen went black and then i tried to dashboard
