    Fortnite won't work through gamepass gameshare


    So I share gamepass with my son. All other games are working on his console (mcc, gears etc) except for fortnite. When he tries to play its asking him to sign up to xbox live or gamepass. Any idea why this is happening?

    Forza Horizon 4 won't start without game pass

    Make sure you were not gamesharing this feature with another account or that you have used gamepass through your subscriptions page

    Only certain games work on my Xbox Series X. Ongoing for awhile now.

    Definitely not the problem, as Fortnite & other non gamepass titles don’t work and crash. I’m assuming it’s a hardware issue and cannot be fixed through troubleshooting.

    Keep in mind the xbox gamepass ultimate must be on her account and can't be gameshare for xcloud to work

    Cloud is a subscriber perk only

    I cant play the games but it also says I don't have gamepass or ea play, when I know for a fact my friend has gamepass, when I click to look through the gamepass games it prompts me to buy the gamepass when I shouldn't have to buy it because the friend I'm game sharing with has it. I can't play or install games from gamepass or games (not in gamepass) that he bought digitally. It's as if im getting nothing at all from gamesharing with him. When it was working about a month ago.
