Fortnite won't start updating

I've tried to like pause the updating but it dont pause at all and I've tried to uninstall the game and it wont uninstall Help Please

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Try clearing the cache of your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game.
