FORTNITE WONT OPEN

anyone know how to fix this it keeps happening to me ive tried hard reset and it still doesnt work and xbox isnt doing anything about it since its been going on for months

Opening a game

Everytime I try to open Fortnite it comes up with 0x800705b4.

Sorry to hear that you have problems with fortnite but have you tried changing to a different wifi if you can't do it then delete and reinstall the game that might help

 

ye 7 or 8 times it worked like 2 times

 

Is it only fortnite or also different games?

 

Also try and power cycle between the uninstall and reinstall of the game.

Sorry to hear about what's going on with your console being unable to play Fortnite.

If I were you and if you haven't yet, I would try the troubleshooting steps on our support site entitled “My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes
during gameplay” to fix this issue.

If that does not work, then I would suggest what we call a soft reset of your console.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

I would select home button and select the quit and press the button to restart your game app

 

None of my games will open? This happened after or during fortnite update. I do not know if this is fortnite related? All I play is Fortnite though and usually i get an error code but this time it says sorry, looks like our service isnt working right now.
