    Fortnite won't load - 0x800701E7 error message. Help!


    My son has been trying to load Fortnite since this afternoon but each time it fails to do it and comes up with a message saying installation problem, error 0x800701E7 you need to cancel the installation and restart it. The problem is he isn't installing
    or updating anything. Does anyone know how to fix this please as I have one grumpy son! Worst case scenario, if we have to uninstall and reinstall Fortnite, is there a way to save all his progress first? Thanks for your help

    Fornite wont work after update

    My little brother just updated fortnite, the game closes and says "installation problem" error 0X800701E7. Any help?

    error code 0x800701E7

    Whenever there is an update of the game FORTNITE my XBOX ONE S has error code 0x800701E7. So I have to uninstall totally FORTNITE and it is a very big problem!

    I'm also getting the same problem with this error code. It only affects the Fortnite game

    I already tried to perform a factory reset (Keep my games and apps).

    0x800701e7. I followed directions for that code. We can access youtube and internet just fine. Fortnite is the only online game we play.
