Fortnite won't install and I quite literally tried everything

hi so basically my Xbox won't let me download fortnite like at all it said my content doesn't match the version I been invited to play and i don't know how to fix it at all I been playing fortnite for years and never had a problem I uninstalled the game tried to reinstall it and it won't download it just says installation stopped so I searched up the situation and it says reset console keep all game that's what I did still didn't work I factory reset it still DOSENT work hard restart unplug the game clear cache all of it and I don't have a external hard drive either so i dont know what the problem is and I also recently spent 20$ on the game around like December 2nd and it's not just going to waste so if I can have like some sort of refund or at least find a way to make fortnite install I will be happy

Yes I've tried everything, im not sure what the issue is. I have literally tried everything you can think of and nothing works. like it just gets to the main load screen after you select something, takes forever and then crashes every single time.

i've done these:

- Hard reset numerous times

- Removed my profile and re added it after a hard reset

- Cleared the mac address on my console

- Reinstalled fortnite several times

- Factory reset my console

- Tried moving the game to an external

- Tried downloading directly from the store

- Did like 50 force quits on the game

Literally everything you can think of I've done

Having the exact same issue on PC. I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled.....quite literally everything and it STILL prompts me to install the premium content that's already installed.....So pathetic....

If your Server connectivity says "Blocked" in the Xbox app, it means that your computer is unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. May I know if you already tried the troubleshooting steps provided
on this
link?

In the meantime, I recommend that you connect your computer to another network available like a phone hotspot to check if the Server connectivity option will still show as "Blocked" or not. This will help us to know
if this has something to do with the app or a connection issue.
