    No, I did not get my vbucks because my fortnite acc is not connected to my Xbox. My vbucks went to my xbox account but i don't have an xbox account with fortnite. I don't have a fortnite on my xbox.

    Hey there Miguel,

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. Other than the message "...we like to get it sorted out," is it giving you anything tips to get this resolved. It could be an error with the payment instrument.

    Try to
    Remove the Payment instrument and then add     it back to the account and give it another try.

    If this does not work, Go ahead and
    Contact Xbox Customer Support     for further assistance.

    No, I did not get my vbucks because my fortnite acc is not connected to my Xbox. My vbucks went to my xbox account but i don't have an xbox account with fortnite. I don't have a fortnite on my xbox.
