Fortnite VBucks negative balance

Dang. Thats a tough one. I would think it would be Microsoft because everything did go through them. Maybe try getting both of them on the phone and get on 3 way calling and have them talk it through. Crappy situation. Im sorry.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. If you have got Vbuck purchases refunded, and they were used. For example you purchased 2500 Vbucks, they were used in game. Then you try and get a refund for the purchase of them Vbucks. Since the Vbucks
have been used there would show a -2500 due to there isn't enough to cover this. Also for about a year Epic has now been pulling items that were bought when a refund is requested. This is a matter for Epic games as the Vbucks is their currency. Inform Epic
you have recently requested refunds for the charges for Vbucks that clearly have been used as you stated you had a 50 balance.

I need help figuring this out as I've been bounced back and forth between Epic Games and Microsoft regarding the issues that was caused by Microsoft glitch on August 6th. I was charged 4 times for $24.99 pack of vbucks in Fortnite which I didn't
authorize nor purchase. I've been in touch with Microsoft to refund all these charges and they have refunded 3 out of 4. I'm still waiting on 1 more refund. Before I initiated the refunds my vbucks account balance was +50. On August 7th my balance went to
-2450 and on August 8th it went to -5450. I did not purchase anything nor do anything with my accounts since the glitch happened on August 6th as I was going to wait for the refunds to come first. I believe I'm getting the refunds situation resolved so that's
good but now I'm stuck with a negative balance on my vbucks account. I've contacted Microsoft regarding this and they told me to call Epic Games. I've emailed Epic games and they told me since purchases and charge backs were initiated by Microsoft within the
xbox store it would be them who need to fix my negative balance. I called Microsoft again and they told me that's not correct and I should give the epic games customer service a reference number to the call I had with Microsoft and tell them to call so the
2 vendors can talk with eachother and resolve this problem. Epic games tells me they can't contact Microsoft and that I have to go back to them. I am honestly not sure what to do any more with this and I'm stuck. Any help or suggestions you can offer would
be greatly appreciated.
