Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support



You may need to make different topic or category selections to get the option to request a call back.

Any refund request unfortunately cannot be handled by an level of customer support. The only form of requesting a refund is through a webform and it seems that only 9 charges were eligible for a refund based on policies and account review. You can appeal
the decision or inquire about the other charges by replying to the last email you received from the refund agent, which they should then respond with an answer.

When the V-bucks are returned by refund, EPIC Games will revoke the entitlement for those V-bucks and will not issue them out because you are getting your money back or they will take them away if they did add them but noticed that you returned them.

Thanks Diego! I did reply to the latest email on the last 2 refunds being denied but no one responded to that email and it's been 5 days.

On the vbuck balance - I never received the vbucks for the duplicate charges but when they did the refund they took away the vbucks that they never gave in the first place. Do I need to talk to epic games about this? How do I contact them?

I was ready to spend £14 on Rocket League but out of nowhere fortnite crew charged me £10 is it possible to get a refund Thank You

Hi

Sorry to jump in on this post but I can't work out where/how to ask my query.

I bought my son 1000 vbucks yesterday on Fortnite for £6.49 but on checking my bank today the charge has come out twice (and only 1000 vbucks not even 2000), how can I get my money back for the overcharge?

The purchase is only showing as one payment of 1000 vbucks and obviously don't want those refunded anyway as he's now used them, charge is twice on my bank!
