Eu tinha um Xbox One, vinculei minha conta do console com a do Fortnite, depois de um tempo, exclui minha conta daquele Xbox, e o vendi, depois de um tempo comprei um pc e fui na casa do meu amigo, comprei 2.800 vbucks, e fui embora. quando cheguei em
casa liguei meu pc e vi que não tinha recebido os vbucks, pensei q era só um bug do sistema ou algo assim, então voltei pra casa do meu amigo, coloquei a conta novamente, e fui tentar comprar denovo, mas apareceu q eu já tinha comprado, mas eu nem recebi.
Por favor me devolvam meu dinheiro pra eu tentar comprar denovo.

Apologies, according to
this link Epic changed how purchased Vbucks work over cross platforms.

"Why don't all of my V-Bucks transfer across platforms?

V-Bucks purchased on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 are only available on the platform they are purchased on. All other V-Bucks, are available across platform."

I would suggest you
contact Epic Games and confirm this is correct before purchasing any Vbucks you want to transfer between platforms.

Yes you can indeed. After you redeemed the gift card, you just go to fortnite and buy v-bucks (you can also buy vbucks on the Microsoft store).

Hello! you can proceed to make a refund here doing the following steps:

1.
Sign in to your Microsoft Account.

2.
From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.

3.
Navigate to the game or app you want to be refunded, and select 'Request a refund'.
