    Fortnite Update Issue


    Following an update on Fortnite we've been unable to launch the game. We keep receiving the code 0x8027025a - application did not load in the time expected. We have followed the instructions from X-Box, turn off the app, turn off the console, but after
    trying this a number of times it still wont load. I we were to remove the game and reload it would we lose all of the skins etc that he's paid for over time? Please help, this 9 year old is driving me insane !!!!!!

    Games won't start.

    I've had this issue myself in Overwatch and Fortnite, I would suggest performing a power cycle before starting the update. Fortnite Update Issue :D

    fortnite not working on xbox 1s

    Uninstall and reinstall is the only thing that will work, same happened to me, its an epic games issue with certain fortnite updates.

    try holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    This will clear local cache.

    Retry afterwards.

    Hi

    I believe Fortnite is going be fixing this issue with an update. Not sure when the update going come out but there should be one in a few days.

    In the meantime, I recommend you going to Fortnite Forums and provide your feedback to them regarding issues in the 9.10 update.

    I did not try to restart the console. After the download finished, i just started the update. I did pause it and restart the console a few times to try to fix the update though

    I already had this problem with the COD, with the update of the second season I had to install the whole game again, in your case it must be some bug, after you downloaded the game you tried to restart the console? Maybe update the actual size of the update,
