    Fortnite - Update did not work and then removed the game?


    Hi!

    Went to play fortnite this morning, needed an update. Great. Began updating, went from 20 minutes to over 10 hours and then the game completley disappeared from my Xbox???

    I'm now reinstalling the game, but why did it delete it in the first place?

    Really quite confused, and worried progress will be lost as my kid will kill me if so

    Xbox one keeps kicking me out of games

    No i dont see an error message and it kicks me out of Fortnite and NBA but not fifa
    I did have the problem with NBA Live 19 when i finished my player season, but it had to update and it still does the same thing. I did however notice that I my account on another xbox and once I it removed, the gamed worked. It still doesnt makes sense to
    me either....

    Fortnite - Microphone Won't Work

    I was just told by HyperX to uninstall Fortnite and reinstall it. I did that (don't worry, everything you already had stays put in the game) and just restarted it and the microphone is now working.
    Thanks for the update! I will have my son uninstall/reinstall Fortnite … hopefully it works. Thanks again for the info, much appreciated!

    Taptiles has not worked on my Envy HP system with windows 8.1 since May

    It has to due with update not removing original files for game and so it does recognize, but when removed then reinstalled from store then they work. Not uninstall and reinstall...that did not work for me
