Fortnite update broke my game

Discus and support Fortnite update broke my game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I did the update yesterday and now my game won't start, every time I go on it, it dashboards me and puts me back to Xbox home, I reinstalled the game,...     Fortnite update broke my game


    I did the update yesterday and now my game won't start, every time I go on it, it dashboards me and puts me back to Xbox home, I reinstalled the game, did a hard restart, cold restart, and i'm still having the same problem.

    error code 0x800701E7

    Whenever there is an update of the game FORTNITE my XBOX ONE S has error code 0x800701E7. So I have to uninstall totally FORTNITE and it is a very big problem!

    FORTNITE WONT OPEN

    None of my games will open? This happened after or during fortnite update. I do not know if this is fortnite related? All I play is Fortnite though and usually i get an error code but this time it says sorry, looks like our service isnt working right now.

    Hi Spenjjj,

    I am having the same issue. Contacted Epic Games and they are saying it's an issue with Xbox live which I don't believe as I tried accessing at numerous times yesterday.

    Tried the same as yourself with no luck. What else can we try ??

    I also have the same problem...also did all that stuff and factory reseted my xbox [lost all my acounts]....and the problems dont change

    Yes. Updated again this morning and issue still persists.

    Is anyone else still having this issue and managed to fix ????
