    Hi,

    Since I did the latest Fortnite update yesterday (24/8/18) I haven't been able to get into the game at all. Every time I attempt to launch the game, it just kicks me out without even bringing up the loading screen. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Can anyone help?

    Since I did the latest Fortnite update yesterday (24/8/18) I haven't been able to get into the game at all.

    Every time I attempt to launch the game, it just kicks me out without even bringing up the loading screen.

    Fortnite Update 24/8/18

    Hi Richard,

    Sorry to hear about this, a power cycle may solve this issue. Please use the following instructions to power cycle your console:

    - Press and hold the consoles power button for 10 seconds.

    - Leave the console for a few minutes.

    - Turn the console back on and attempt running Fortnite again.

    Delete and reinstall the game, if not try resetting your wifi and if still not working do a reboot by holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    Sometimes just a hard reset’ll fix it.

    Hold the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off completely. Turn it back on and try again.

    If that doesn’t work then I’d try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

    I would try a hard reset, if that doesn't work try logging out of your account and back in. If it's still not working, remove your account and add it back to your console. If you're still not having any luck, try uninstalling the game completely then reinstalling
    it.
