Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

I keep getting this message when trying to play fortnite.

After many many emails back & forth with Epic they disconnected my account and refreshed things their end & I had to reconnect it. Which I've done,

Everything is fine at epic, so they have told me to contact Microsoft.

Has anyone or is Any one having the same problem, if so have you solved it, as I'd love to get if fixed.

Or does anyone at Microsoft have any answers.

Every other game is working fine. I have an ultimate game pass til 2020,

I've tried the router reset thing, unplugged my console from the wall. Holding the power button to reboot it, nothing works. I don't really want to delete Every thing and start afresh as the problem still occurs with fortnite, (after some investigation of
older posts) besides it'll take an age to download all of the games again.

I hope some one can help.
